Question 1

Does Cadeira supply small quantities of terrace chairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We supply full pallets and complete truckloads with volume discounts, but single chairs and single cartons are dispatched from our own warehouse in Drachten, the Netherlands.

Question 2

Are the terrace chairs available from stock?

Accepted Answer

Part of the range is held at our warehouse in Drachten and normally ships within a few working days. Where a model or colour is not in stock at that moment, we add it to the next backorder and confirm the lead time before you place your order.

Question 3

Can I see the terrace chairs in person?

Accepted Answer

Our warehouse at De Nijverheid 38 in Drachten can be visited by appointment. Email info@cadeira.nl or call +31 6 15567781 to arrange a time.

Question 4

What material are the Tensai terrace chairs made from?

Accepted Answer

Tensai chairs are moulded from glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene. That makes them light, maintenance-free, colourfast in direct sunlight and suitable for intensive year-round outdoor use.

Question 5

How many terrace chairs fit on a pallet?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the model: the Bilros ships 20 chairs per pallet, the Emma and Oblong 40, and the Mosk, Grid, Bars, Mare and Aire 50 to 60 chairs per pallet.

Question 6

Which colours are available?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the model we supply white, yellow, orange, red, green, blue, grey and black. Each model page lists the full colour range with the matching Tensai colour codes.

Question 7

Can we get other colours or our own logo on the chairs?

Accepted Answer

For larger quantities we can supply colours outside the standard range, and print your own logo or text on the chairs. This is always bespoke: email info@cadeira.nl or call +31 6 15567781 and we will discuss the options and lead time in a quote.

Question 8

How do I request a B2B quote?

Accepted Answer

Send us the model, colour and quantity through the contact form, or call +31 6 15567781. You will normally receive a no-obligation quote including lead time within one working day.

Question 9

Are the chairs suitable for intensive hospitality use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each chair is moulded in one piece, so there are no joints that can work loose. They are designed to be stacked, moved and cleaned every day on busy hospitality terraces.
